I’ve learned how enriching it is to follow what truly interests you. That’s why I’ve worked across diverse sectors – from culture to technology, education to social work.

For over ten years, I’ve been guiding people as a coach, trainer, and facilitator. I began with my first training at the renowned Bossert Academy and have since completed many advanced certifications.

My work is shaped by diversity – from improv theatre to business consulting and working with people experiencing mental health challenges. I also teach nationally and internationally, including at USC in Los Angeles.
