Coaching, Training, and Workshops in Nuremberg
About me
I support people through change – as a coach, trainer, and sparring partner.
My approach is shaped by a wide range of professional and personal experiences in business, culture, and social contexts. I understand the challenges within organizations as well as the subtle nuances of human interaction. This depth and breadth enable me to create individual development spaces that offer both clarity and fresh perspectives.
I work in a structured yet intuitive way, with empathy, clarity, and a genuine interest in people – always with the goal of making real, tangible change possible.

Education
My work stands on a broad foundation – professionally, personally, and creatively. This diversity is no coincidence but a conscious choice: the challenges of our time are complex and call for people who can connect different perspectives.
Understanding – and Shaping – Business:
As a business graduate with many years of experience in startup consulting, economic development, and innovation management in leadership roles, I know how markets, organizations, and change processes work. My solid coaching education, combined with practical experience in both SMEs and corporate environments, bridges economic thinking and human development.
Social Competence – With Heart and Integrity:
I spent nearly five years working with people affected by mental illness. I also completed a training program in men-focused counseling with a nationwide organization. The desire to meet people at eye level and support their personal growth runs through everything I do.
Creativity Meets Structure:
Improvisational theatre, writing fiction and professional books, and leading cultural projects – my creative side is not just a hobby, but an essential part of my professional identity. In innovation processes, I use methods like Design Thinking or creative problem-solving not as buzzwords, but as real tools that deliver value.
Education with Depth and Real-World Relevance:
For many years, I’ve been teaching at universities – from FAU Erlangen to USC Los Angeles. Whether in communication, entrepreneurship, or personal development, my goal is always to bridge theory and practice and make learning truly come alive.
Understanding what works – and supporting what wants to grow.
What my clients say
I was in an international management position and looking for a business coach I could talk to about the various ideas I had for my professional future.
Being able to speak with a coach who truly understands both my business role and the emotional aspects of what I was going through was incredibly valuable.
I felt seen – both in terms of business and as a person.
This coaching experience encouraged deep reflection and supported me in a way that felt highly productive.
Florian, I wouldn’t be where I am today without you – thank you so much!
You create a safe atmosphere in which even someone like me, who is usually rather shy, manages to come out of their shell.
Through your open and empathetic manner, you make it possible for participants to step out of their comfort zones, reflect on themselves, and continue thinking beyond the workshop thanks to your impulses.
On top of that, the exercises are a lot of fun, and you leave with a really good feeling.
Happy to join again!
You don’t just create a safe atmosphere where people feel they can trust you.
You also create a space where they can reflect and develop their own new ideas.
But what matters most is your steady, thoughtful support – it truly helps people move forward.
Anytime again.
Working with Florian truly sticks with you!
He skillfully and deliberately applies his vast knowledge and rich practical experience – often in the form of thoughtful questions and seemingly casual remarks. The solution lies within the client, and Florian has the experience to trust the process and allow the time it takes.
Even more than his professional expertise, what makes Florian stand out are his human qualities: he is both reassuringly structured and incredibly flexible – a combination no doubt strengthened by years of improv experience! As an attentive listener who knows how to step back and show genuine interest in others, Florian has a strong ability to read between the lines – something that also shines through in his honest and open feedback.
With his sense of humor, appreciation for spontaneous moments and emotional depth, he manages not only to maintain but to radiate a certain grounded calm and steadiness.
All in all, a very pleasant collaboration that I am happy to continue anytime!
Dear Florian,
Through your calm and incredibly charming presence, you have a way of filling a room with just one glance – and at the same time inviting everyone in it to not only enter the space, but to become part of it.
You’re not just someone I feel I can trust – you’re someone I genuinely want to open up to.
Thank you for the experience of meeting you.
At first, I didn’t think I needed therapy. I believed I was simply overwhelmed. Too much work, too many expectations, too little time. I kept going, convinced I had no choice.
When I was asked to begin these sessions, I was skeptical. I didn’t expect much. But very soon, something changed.
Florian listened not just to my words, but to what was behind them. With care, with attention, and with genuine presence.
He didn’t give ready-made answers. He offered simple and powerful tools that helped me analyse, take a step back, and understand myself and the others.
Florian found the right words for thoughts I hadn’t yet formed, for feelings I didn’t know how to express. He helped me see myself clearly. Not to depend on him, but to find my own way with more clarity and confidence.
Today, I still carry what I learned from those sessions, not as advice to follow, but as a new way of thinking. A new way of listening, to others and to myself.
I will always be grateful.
