My solid coaching education, combined with practical experience in both SMEs and corporate environments, bridges economic thinking and human development.

I spent nearly five years working with people affected by mental illness. I also completed a training program in men-focused counseling with a nationwide organization. The desire to meet people at eye level and support their personal growth runs through everything I do.

Improvisational theatre, writing fiction and professional books, and leading cultural projects – my creative side is not just a hobby, but an essential part of my professional identity.
